These terms apply when you access or use VirtualFit's AI virtual try-on website, account features, subscriptions, and related services.

Acceptance of Terms
- By using VirtualFit, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
- If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.
Service Description
- VirtualFit provides AI virtual try-on previews. You can upload a person photo and a garment image, and the system generates a try-on result for shopping reference.
- Try-on results are not real fitting sessions, size advice, body measurements, or purchase guarantees. Actual appearance may vary due to size, fabric, camera angle, lighting, and product differences.
Accounts and Security
- You are responsible for keeping account information accurate and your password secure.
- You may not impersonate others, access another account without permission, or use automation to abuse free quotas, subscription benefits, or APIs.
User Content
- You must have the legal right to use the photos and garment images you upload, and your uploads must not violate privacy, likeness, copyright, or other rights.
- You grant us permission to process, store, and display uploaded content and generated results as needed to provide the service.
- You may not upload illegal, infringing, harassing, hateful, explicit, or otherwise unsuitable content.
Subscriptions, Payments, and Quotas
- Paid plans, pricing, and quotas are shown on the pricing page. Current plans provide fixed monthly try-on allowances.
- Payments are processed by Creem. We do not directly store full card details.
- Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew on the selected billing cycle. You may cancel through the payment platform's available flow.
- If payment fails, refunds or disputes occur, or abuse is detected, we may suspend or adjust plan benefits.
Customer Support
- For account, payment, subscription, refund, or product questions, email hello@yuanbuild.com. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
Acceptable Use
- You may not attack, reverse engineer, scrape, interfere with, or attempt to bypass VirtualFit, payment, verification, storage, or security systems.
- You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, to violate rights, to create deceptive content, or for large-scale automated generation.
Disclaimers
- VirtualFit is provided as is. We work to keep the service stable and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or perfectly accurate results.
- AI-generated results may contain artifacts, distortions, bias, or differences from the real product appearance.
Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, VirtualFit is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential damages, or purchase decisions made based on try-on results.
Changes and Termination
- We may update the service, prices, features, quotas, or these terms. Material changes will be communicated by reasonable means.
- If you violate these terms or create risk, we may restrict, suspend, or terminate your access.
