This Privacy Policy explains how VirtualFit collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our AI virtual try-on service.

Information We Collect

Account information, such as your email address, name, and encrypted password when you sign up or log in.
Try-on content, including the person photos, garment images, and generated try-on results needed to provide the service.
Usage records, such as try-on counts, history records, subscription status, payment identifiers, and basic request logs for quota management, security, and troubleshooting.
Support information, such as your name, email, subject, and message when you contact us through forms, email, or live chat.

To provide the core service: uploading images, generating AI try-on previews, saving history, downloading, and sharing results.
To manage accounts and subscriptions, including authentication, free or paid usage limits, Creem payment status, and plan benefits.
To send necessary messages, such as welcome emails, email confirmation links, subscription-related notices, and support replies you request.
To maintain safety and reliability by preventing abuse, debugging errors, and protecting account and service availability.

Uploaded images and generated results are processed to complete the virtual try-on task you request.
Generated results are for shopping reference only and are not a guarantee of exact sizing, fabric behavior, or real-world fit.
We store image results in object storage so you can view history, download, or share them.

Cloudflare R2 is used for image object storage and public file delivery.
Creem is used to process subscription checkout, payment status, and related webhook notifications.
Resend is used to send account, verification, support, and product notification emails.
Cloudflare Turnstile is used to reduce bots and abusive registration or form submissions.
Tawk.to is used for website live chat support. When you use live chat, your conversation may be processed by Tawk.to.
These providers process necessary data under their own privacy policies.

We keep data for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, or maintain security.
You may delete some history results in the product. To request account deletion or further personal data handling, contact us.

You may use limited guest try-ons without creating an account.
You may opt out of marketing or product reminder emails. Necessary account, security, and payment notices may still be sent.
You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable law and necessary security limits.
