What is VirtualFit?

VirtualFit is an AI virtual try-on tool. Upload a photo of yourself and a garment image, and the system generates a preview to help you evaluate color, shape, and overall style before shopping online.

Do I need an account to use it?

Not always. You can try a limited number of previews as a guest. Creating an account lets you save history and access fuller plan benefits.

What garments are supported?

VirtualFit works best with single tops, bottoms, and dresses. Product photos, screenshots, customer photos, and outfit references can work, but clear front-facing images with minimal obstruction usually produce better results.

Are results guaranteed to fit?

No. Try-on results are shopping references, not size advice or real fitting guarantees. Use them together with size charts, fabric details, and review photos.

Are my images stored?

Uploaded images and generated results may be stored in object storage so you can view history, download, and share results. You can delete some history records, and you can contact us for account or data handling requests.

What is the difference between Pro and Plus?

Pro includes 100 try-ons per month. Plus includes 300 try-ons per month, higher priority, full history, download and sharing, priority support, and early access benefits. The pricing page is the source of truth.

Who processes payments?

Subscription checkout is processed by Creem. VirtualFit does not directly store full card details; we receive necessary payment status and subscription identifiers to activate plan benefits.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can cancel through the payment platform's available flow. Plan benefits usually remain available until the end of the current billing period, depending on payment platform and account status.
